Getting to Luxembourg
Strategically located in the heart of Europe, Luxembourg is above all a nearby destination with extremely easy access.
Linked to the rest of Europe by a first-class road network and excellent rail connections (e.g. TGV from Paris), Luxembourg is easily accessible from anywhere in Europe.
Luxembourg International Airport, LUX, is small, easy to navigate, and only 20 minutes from the centre of the city. Major airlines flying into Luxembourg are Luxair (from most European destinations), KLM (from Amsterdam), British Airways and Easy Jet (from London), Lufthansa (from Munich), SAS (from Copenhagen), and Swiss (from Zurich).
Frankfurt-Hahn, HHN, a Ryanair budget-airline hub, is a two hour bus ride from Luxembourg City, with connections to Southern and Eastern Europe and UK.
Paris by TGV (2¼ hrs), Basel (3½ hrs) via Strasbourg, Brussels (3 hrs), Koblenz (2 hrs), Trier (45 min).
